Luke Eslinger: Luke Eslinger is the founder of LifeWarrior Fitness. A nationally accredited personal trainer and an elite athlete for his entire life. Participating in an elite level of hockey, powerlifting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It became very apparent to him at a young age that true fitness education was hard to come by without reaching an elite level of a sport and the surrounding of like minded individuals. His mission in life is to share this knowledge to as many people as possible so they too can reap the benefits and rewards of reaching an elite level of health and fitness.
