Our time as a company is spent building quality programs that deliver REAL results to our students both in the short term and the long term. After going through our program, you will have all the knowledge you need to succeed in health and fitness for the rest of your life. Our principles last a lifetime and aren't looking for a quick fix but rather a lifestyle change. 
Why Does LifeWarrior Exist?
The fitness industry can often be misleading and does not offer a single, holistic approach to living a healthy and fit life. At LifeWarrior we strive to provide and teach the necessary knowledge needed to get the best results in health and fitness both in the short term and long term.
What Kind of Equipment Do I Need for The Workouts?
As long as you have access to any commercial gym or common weightlifting equipment you will be able to do the program. Our programs are designed to be easily accessible for as many people as possible. As far as specifics, you will need access to barbells, dumbbells, Swiss balls, med balls, and cable equipment. Upon purchasing the program you will also get access to a questions response team if you need replacement exercises due to past injuries or lack of equipment. 
Can Girls Participate in The Programs?
All three programs are ideal for both girls and guys. The weight you use is based on your skill level not gender. 
What Exactly Does The Program Consist of?
All three programs are 100% digital. Upon purchasing the program you will get an email with all of the program material. This includes 3 powerpoint presentations on mental toughness and peak performance, sleep and recovery, and nutrition, all tailored towards your goals. These also come with journal action steps to map out and achieve your goals. The 5-Week workout program is available in PDF format and comes with a private YouTube link that goes over all the exercises in the program so you can do them correctly. You also get access to a private email address that is ran by my group of trainers to answer your questions you have about the program or fitness in general. 
Will The Programs Improve My Physique?
Of course the programs will improve your physique. However, this is not a focus, this is a by product of doing things the right way. The focus is to become the healthiest and strongest version of ourselves. 
What Kind of Things Will I Learn?
Most fitness programs only address working out, which is a small piece of the puzzle. You will learn how to cultivate an ELITE level mindset to crush any goals you have in life. You will learn the ins and outs of sleep, recovery, and nutrition, which will be helpful to you for the rest of your life, and you will also learn how to workout properly including warm ups, cool downs, and everything in-between.
